RETURNS POLICY
You have 7 business days to return an item from the day you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must be in the original packaging.

REFUND POLICY
Trisha's Accessories does not offer refunds on items that are already dispatched for delivery. Once you receive your order tracking number, a refund will not be issued. Therefore, refunds will only be issued for orders that have not been dispatched for delivery. However, Items may be exchanged provided this meet our exchange policy (Please see our exchange policy below).
EXCHANGE POLICY
Trisha's Accessories will accept, for exchange, items that have been received by customer already damaged. Send us a photo of the damaged item/s via email ([email protected]) or on WhatsApp within 7 business days from receipt of original order. Items cannot be exchanged after 7 days from the receipt of original order. Damaged items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must be in the original packaging.
Strictly no exchange on sale items.
For hygienic reasons, no clothing and jewelry may be returned or exchanged.
